Due to the nature of our business and the multiple vendors we work with, in addition to the charitable contributions made from each purchase, refunds will not be issued.
We will not accept returns of any product ordered unless items are damaged or incorrect. FriendLilySHOP and our vendors will not cover the cost of returned packages. If a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, it will be the customers responsibility to return the goods for exchange only. Please contact us and we will guide you through the return process.
Once your return is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval of your return. Once reviewed and accepted, we will ship a new product to you.
